The fan vote will decide the Men’s Basketball Player of the Week, so take your pick by selecting from the list below.

Voting will end at 11 p.m. on Thursday.

Note: Nominations for Male Player of the Week are selected from matches reported to [email protected] with full statistics. Coaches can nominate a player for review by sending an email [email protected].

Here are the picks for this week:

Ja’Mari Arnold, Huntsville: Arnold buzzed 3 points to give the Panthers a spectacular 52-51 victory over rival Grissom. He finished the game with 20 points.

Blayne Battaglia, Pike Road: Battaglia led Pike Road with 28 points, including 6 of 8 on the 3-point line, in a victory over Beauregard.

Justin Brown, Williamson: Brown scored seven 3-pointers and finished with 31 points, 5 steals and 3 assists to lead Williamson to a victory over George County at the Raising Cane Classic in Pascagoula, Mississippi. He also had 17 points, 5 assists and 2 steals in a win. on WS Neal earlier this week.

Barry Dunning Jr., McGill-Toolen: Arkansas signatory and defending player of the year Gatorade Alabama had 17 points and 13 rebounds as McGill defeated Ellender (La.) To win the state installment of the Allstate Sugar Bowl Prep Classic. Dunning was named MVP of the tournament.

Caleb Holt, Buckhorn: Holt had 22 points and 11 rebounds as Buckhorn outlived Mae Jemison 56-51.

Kolby Horace, Spanish Fort: Horace scored 35 points, including 19 in the second quarter, while the Toros (14-6) resisted Faith Academy. Earlier in the week he became Spanish Fort‘s all-time top scorer.

Bryant James, Haleyville: James drilled a 3 point near the top of the key with 3 seconds left to lift the number 9 Haleyville past Loretta, Tenn. He finished with 12 points.

Pig Johnson, midfielder: Johnson had 45 points, 6 rebounds and 5 steals in a 77-68 win over Anniston.

Haaziq Loftin Jr., Chickasaw: Loftin Jr. scored 31 points as Chickasaw (4-10, 1-1 3A, zone 1) held off Bayside Academy in overtime.

Kiah Key, Hartselle: Key scored 22 points, including a 4-for-4 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter, as Hartselle beat Cullman 67-60.

Brayden Kyle, Decatur Heritage: Kyle had 29 points, took 17 rebounds and had 6 assists in a 76-46 win over Lindsay Lane.

Westminster Christian Chase McCarty: McCarty scored seven 3-pointers and finished with 33 points in a 57-48 win over St. John Paul II.

Win Miller, Vestavia Hills: Miller had 19 points and 5 assists against Oxford and 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists against Hewitt-Trussville, two wins for Vestavia.

Labaron Philon, Baker: The runner-up scored 26 points as the Hornets won their 11th straight game, beating Davidson 68-53.

Wesley Roberson, Thompson: Roberson converted 2 of 3 free throws with 0.6 seconds left to lift the Warriors over Hueytown. Roberson finished with 21 points.

Corey Stephenson, Hueytown: Stephenson had 25 points, 11 rebounds and 3 blocks against Minor and 32 points in a loss to Thompson.

Colin Turner, Parc d’Espagne: In three wins, Turner had 48 points and 26 rebounds for the Jaguars. His best game came against McAdory when he had 23 points and 10 rebounds.
